17. Subject to the privileges attached to the female moose more than 1 year old hunting licence, obtained by random draw under subparagraph 3 of the second paragraph of section 7.1, the segments of moose populations that may be hunted are established as follows:
(1)  in areas 2, 3, 7, the western part of Area 11 shown on the plan in Schedule XV, 13, 14, the western and northern parts of Area 15 shown on the plans in Schedules CXXXIII and CCII, 16, 18, 22, 26, 27 except the part shown on the plan in Schedule CCXII, and 28, the hunting of moose with antlers and moose calves is permitted in 2022; in Area 13, the hunting of female moose more than 1 year old is also permitted with a type 11 implement in the same year; in Area 16, the hunting of female moose more than 1 year old with a type 6 implement is also permitted in the same year;
(2)  in areas 3, 7, the western part of Area 11 shown on the plan in Schedule XV, 13, 14, the western and northern parts of Area 15 shown on the plans in Schedules CXXXIII and CCII, 16, 18, 22, 26 and 28, the hunting of moose is permitted in 2023;
(3)  in areas 1 and 6, the hunting of moose with antlers and moose calves is permitted in 2022;
(3A)  in areas 1, 2 and 6, the hunting of moose with antlers and moose calves is permitted in 2023;
(4)  (subparagraph revoked);
(5)  in areas 4, 9, 10, the eastern part of Area 11 shown on the plan in Schedule XIV, 12, 15 except the western and northern parts shown on the plans in Schedules CXXXIII and CCII, only the hunting of moose with antlers is permitted in 2022;
(5.1)  (subparagraph revoked);
(5.2)  in areas 4, 9, 10, the eastern part of Area 11 shown on the plan in Schedule XIV, XII, XV except the western and northern parts shown on the plans in Schedules CXXXIII and CCII, 27 except the part shown on the plan in Schedule CCXII, only the hunting of moose with antlers is permitted in 2023;
(6)  in areas 5, 8, 19 southern part, 20, the part of Area 27 shown on the plan in Schedule CCXII, and 29, the hunting of moose is permitted in 2022 and 2023;
(7)  (subparagraph revoked);
(8)  (subparagraph revoked);
(9)  (subparagraph revoked);

Despite the first paragraph and subject to the privileges attached to the female moose more than 1 year old hunting licence, obtained by random draw under subparagraph 3 of the second paragraph of section 7.1, the segments of moose populations that may be hunted in certain controlled zones are established as follows:
(1)  in the Anse-Saint-Jean, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Chapeau-de-Paille, Chapais, Chauvin, Croche, D’Iberville, Forestville, Gros-Brochet, Jeannotte, Labrieville, Lac-Brébeuf, Lac-de-la-Boîteuse, la Lièvre, Mars-Moulin, Marin-Valin, Menokeosawin, Nordique, Onatchiway, Owen, Des Passes, Rivière-aux-Rats and Tawachiche controlled zones, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm may be hunted in 2022;
(2)  in the Anse‑Saint‑Jean, Chapeau‑de‑Paille, Chauvin, Croche, D’Iberville, Forestville, Gros‑Brochet, Jeannotte, Labrieville, Lac‑Brébeuf, Lac‑de‑la‑Boîteuse, La Lièvre, Mars‑Moulin, Martin‑Valin, Menokeosawin, Nordique, Onatchiway, Des Passes, Rivière‑aux‑Rats and Tawachiche controlled zones, moose hunting is permitted in 2023;
(3)  in the Capitachouane and Festubert controlled zones, moose with antlers and moose calves may be hunted in 2022; in the same year, moose with antlers, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves may be hunted with a Type 11 implement where a hunting season with that type of implement is provided for;
(4)  in the controlled zones mentioned in subparagraph 3 of this paragraph, moose may be hunted in 2023;
(5)  in the Dumoine, Kipawa and Restigo controlled zones, moose with antlers and moose calves may be hunted in 2022; in the same year, moose may be hunted with a Type 11 implement where a hunting season with that type of implement is provided for;
(6)  in the controlled zones referred to in subparagraph 5 of this paragraph, moose may be hunted in 2023;
(7)  in the Batiscan-Neilson, Petawaga and Rivière-Blanche controlled zones, moose with antlers and moose calves may be hunted in 2022;
(7A)  in the Petawaga controlled zone, the hunting of moose with antlers and moose calves is permitted in 2023;
(8)  in the Bras-Coupé-Désert, Buteux–Bas-Saguenay, Des Martres, Jaro, including the territory referred to in Schedule CCI, Lac-aux-Sables, Lesueur, Maganasipi, Mazana, Mitchinamecus, Normandie, Maison-de-Pierre, Pontiac, Rapides-des-Joachims, Saint-Patrice and Wessonneau controlled zones, only moose with antlers not less than 10 cm may be hunted in 2022;
(8A)  in the Bas‑Saint‑Laurent, Batiscan‑Neilson, Bras‑Coupé‑Désert, Buteux–Bas‑Saguenay, Chapais, Des Martres, de la Rivière‑Blanche, Jaro, including the territory referred to in Schedule CCI, Lac‑aux‑Sables, Lesueur, Maganasipi, Mazana, Mitchinamecus, Normandie, Maison‑de‑Pierre, Owen, Pontiac, Rapides‑des‑Joachims, Saint‑Patrice and Wessonneau controlled zones, only moose with antlers not less than 10 cm may be hunted in 2023;

Despite the first paragraph, in the territory of the outfitting operations provided for in section 1 of Schedule V, female moose more than 1 year old may be hunted provided that those outfitting operations apply that option for each year of a 4-year moose management plan; in addition, in the part of territory shown on the plan in Schedule XLV, hunting of moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves is permitted in 2022 and 2023.

(2)  in the controlled zones referred to in subparagraph 1 of this paragraph, moose hunting is permitted in 2023;
(3)  in the Capitachouane and Festubert controlled zones, moose with antlers and moose calves may be hunted in 2022; in the same year, moose with antlers, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves may be hunted with a Type 11 implement where a hunting season with that type of implement is provided for;
(4)  in the controlled zones mentioned in subparagraph 3 of this paragraph, moose may be hunted in 2023;
(5)  in the Dumoine, Kipawa and Restigo controlled zones, moose with antlers and moose calves may be hunted in 2022; in the same year, moose may be hunted with a Type 11 implement where a hunting season with that type of implement is provided for;
(6)  in the controlled zones referred to in subparagraph 5 of this paragraph, moose may be hunted in 2023;
(7)  in the Batiscan-Neilson, Petawaga and Rivière-Blanche controlled zones, moose with antlers and moose calves may be hunted in 2022 and 2023;

(3)  in the Capitachouane and Festubert controlled zones, moose with antlers and moose calves may be hunted in 2014, 2016 and 2018; during the same years, moose with antlers, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves may be hunted with a Type 11 implement where a hunting season with that type of implement is provided for;

(1)  in areas 2, 3 and 7, the western part of Area 11 shown on the plan in Schedule XV, 13, 14, 16, 18, 22, except the Weh-Sees Indohoun sector shown on the plan in Schedule CXCVI and 26 to 28, moose with antlers and moose calves may be hunted in 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018; in areas 13 and 16, as regards female moose more than 1 year old, hunting with a Type 6 implement is also permitted in the same years;
(2)  in areas 2, 3 and 7, the western part of Area 11 shown on the plan in Schedule XV, 13, 14, 16, 18, 22, except the Weh-Sees Indohoun sector shown on the plan in Schedule CXCVI and 26 to 28, the hunting of moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves is permitted in 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019;
(3)  in area 11 except the western part shown on the plan in Schedule XV, the western part of Area 15 shown on the plan in Schedule CXXXIII and in the northern part of Area 15 shown on the plan in Schedule CCII, moose with antlers and moose calves may be hunted in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018;
(4)  in area 11 except the western part shown on the plan in Schedule XV, the western part of Area 15 shown on the plan in Schedule CXXXIII and in the northern part of Area 15 shown on the plan in Schedule CCII, the hunting of moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves is permitted in 2015 and 2019;
(5)  in areas 9, 15 except the western part shown on the plan in Schedule CXXXIII and except the northern part shown on the plan in Schedule CCII and 17, only moose with antlers not less than 10 cm may be hunted from 2012 to 2019;
(6)  in areas 5, 8, 19 southern part, 20 and 29, the hunting of moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves is permitted from 2012 to 2019;
(7)  in Area 1 and the Weh-Sees Indohoun sector of Area 22 shown on the plan in Schedule CXCVI, moose with antlers and moose calves may be hunted from 2012 to 2019;
(8)  in areas 4, 6, 10 and 12, the hunting of moose with antlers not less than 10 cm and moose calves is permitted from 2015 to 2018;
(9)  in areas 4, 6, 10 and 12, the hunting of moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves is permitted for 2019.
Despite the first paragraph and subject to the privileges attached to the female moose more than 1 year old hunting licence, obtained by random draw under subparagraph 3 of the second paragraph of section 7.1, the segments of moose populations that may be hunted in certain controlled zones are established as follows:
(1)  in the Anse-Saint-Jean, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Chapais, Chapeau-de-Paille, Croche, D’Iberville, Forestville, Gros-Brochet, Jeannotte, Labrieville, Lac-aux-Sables, Lac-Brébeuf, Lac-de-la-Boîteuse, la Lièvre, Mars-Moulin, Marin-Valin, Menokeosawin, Nordique, Onatchiway, Owen, Des Martres, Des Passes, Rivière-aux-Rats and Tawachiche controlled zones, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm may be hunted in 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018;
(2)  in the controlled zones referred to in subparagraph 1 of this paragraph, moose hunting is permitted in 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019;
(3)  in the Capitachouane and Festubert controlled zones, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm and moose calves may be hunted in 2014, 2016 and 2018; during the same years, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves may be hunted with a Type 11 implement where a hunting season with that type of implement is provided for;
(4)  in the controlled zones mentioned in subparagraph 3 of this paragraph, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves may be hunted in 2015, 2017 and 2019;
(5)  in the Dumoine, Kipawa and Restigo controlled zones, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm and moose calves may be hunted in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018; during the same years, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves may be hunted with a Type 11 implement where a hunting season with that type of implement is provided for;
(6)  in the controlled zones referred to in subparagraph 5 of this paragraph, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves may be hunted in 2017 and 2019;
(7)  in the Batiscan-Neilson, Petawaga and Rivière-Blanche controlled zones, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm and moose calves may be hunted from 2012 to 2019;
(8)  in the Bras-Coupé-Désert, Jaro, including the territory referred to in Schedule CCI, Lesueur, Maganasipi, Mazana, Mitchinamecus, Normandie, Maison-de-Pierre, Pontiac, Rapides-des-Joachims, Saint-Patrice and Wessonneau controlled zones, only moose with antlers not less than 10 cm may be hunted from 2012 to 2019;
(9)  in the Chauvin controlled zone, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm may be hunted in 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018 and moose with antlers not less than 10 cm and female moose more than 1 year old may be hunted in 2015, 2017 and 2019.
Despite the first paragraph, in the territory of the outfitting operations provided for in section 1 of Schedule V, female moose more than 1 year old may be hunted provided that those outfitting operations apply that option for each year of a 4-year moose management plan; in addition, in the part of territory shown on the plan in Schedule XLV, hunting of moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves is permitted from 2012 to 2019.

(5)  in areas 9, 15 except the western part shown on the plan in Schedule CXXXIII and except the northern part shown on the plan in Schedule CCII and 17, only moose with antlers not less than 10 cm may be hunted from 2012 to 2019;
(6)  in areas 5, 8, 19 southern part, 20 and 29, the hunting of moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves is permitted from 2012 to 2019;
(7)  in Area 1 and the Weh-Sees Indohoun sector of Area 22 shown on the plan in Schedule CXCVI, moose with antlers and moose calves may be hunted from 2012 to 2019.
Despite the first paragraph and subject to the privileges attached to the female moose more than 1 year old hunting licence, obtained by random draw under subparagraph 3 of the second paragraph of section 7.1, the segments of moose populations that may be hunted in certain controlled zones are established as follows:
(1)  in the Anse-Saint-Jean, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Chapais, Chapeau-de-Paille, Croche, D’Iberville, Forestville, Gros-Brochet, Jeannotte, Labrieville, Lac-aux-Sables, Lac-Brébeuf, Lac-de-la-Boîteuse, la Lièvre, Mars-Moulin, Marin-Valin, Menokeosawin, Nordique, Onatchiway, Owen, Des Martres, Des Passes, Rivière-aux-Rats and Tawachiche controlled zones, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm may be hunted in 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018;

(3)  in the Capitachouane and Festubert controlled zones, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm and moose calves may be hunted in 2014, 2016 and 2018; during the same years, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves may be hunted with a Type 11 implement where a hunting season with that type of implement is provided for;
(4)  in the controlled zones mentioned in subparagraph 3 of this paragraph, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves may be hunted in 2015, 2017 and 2019;
(5)  in the Dumoine, Kipawa and Restigo controlled zones, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm and moose calves may be hunted in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018; during the same years, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves may be hunted with a Type 11 implement where a hunting season with that type of implement is provided for;
(6)  in the controlled zones referred to in subparagraph 5 of this paragraph, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves may be hunted in 2017 and 2019;
(7)  in the Batiscan-Neilson, Petawaga and Rivière-Blanche controlled zones, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm and moose calves may be hunted from 2012 to 2019;
(8)  in the Bras-Coupé-Désert, Jaro, including the territory referred to in Schedule CCI, Lesueur, Maganasipi, Mazana, Mitchinamecus, Normandie, Maison-de-Pierre, Pontiac, Rapides-des-Joachims, Saint-Patrice and Wessonneau controlled zones, only moose with antlers not less than 10 cm may be hunted from 2012 to 2019;
(9)  in the Chauvin controlled zone, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm may be hunted in 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018 and moose with antlers not less than 10 cm and female moose more than 1 year old may be hunted in 2015, 2017 and 2019.
Despite the first paragraph, in the territory of the outfitting operations provided for in section 1 of Schedule V, female moose more than 1 year old may be hunted provided that those outfitting operations apply that option for each year of a 4-year moose management plan; in addition, in the part of territory shown on the plan in Schedule XLV, hunting of moose with antlers not less than 10 cm, female moose more than 1 year old and moose calves is permitted from 2012 to 2019.

(3)  in the Batiscan-Neilson, Petawaga, Rapides-des-Joachims, Rivière-Blanche and Saint-Patrice controlled zones, moose hunting is permitted from 2012 to 2019;
(4)  in the Chauvin, Jaro, including the territory referred to in Schedule CCI, Lesueur, Mazana, Mitchinamecus and Normandie controlled zones, moose with antlers not less than 10 cm may be hunted in 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018;
